Fishing Operations

All our product is frozen "whole" on board our trawlers at time of catching to ensure maximum quality and freshness. The product is packed in either 3x3 kg ,5 kg or 10 kg Pack depending on the species and market requirements at the time of catching.

The total catch volume can vary but normally we would expect to catch between 400 - 600 MT of whole prawn per year
